Stadsurfing is a charming surf lodge in Hoddevik, only a minute‘s walk away from long, white beach - surrounded by steep mountains. You will find our rooms simple and charming, with spectacular views over the magical landscape of the bay.

The Stadsurfing house was originally built in 1927 by local farmers and fishermen but bought by our owner Torkild in 1998. In 2002 he started Stad Surfing bringing his passion for the ocean and surf culture to Hoddevik. Since then Stad Surfing has grown into a fully functional Surf Hostel and Surf School that has taught thousands of people to surf over the past 20 years.
